A comment-to-DM automation only works if the keyword in your caption is the keyword the trigger listens for. This planner checks your keyword, suggests the typo variants people are likely to type, and gives you a caption that matches.

One short word. Letters and numbers only.

Trigger variants (up to 20 per automation)

guide, uide, gguide, gide, guuide, gude, guiide, guie, guidde, guid, guidee, guides

Matching caption

Comment GUIDE and I will send the free guide to your DMs.

Variants are suggestions. Test the automation from a second account with the exact words people will type.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type or choose is saved or sent to InboxLoop.

How to use it

  1. Type the keyword you plan to ask people to comment, such as GUIDE, MENU or PRICE.
  2. Read the checks. A short, uncommon word is safest; the planner warns about words that are too common or too long.
  3. Copy the variants into your automation trigger. They include doubled letters, a missing letter and a plural.
  4. Copy the matching caption into your post, and test it from a second account.

A worked example

Example: GUIDE for a free checklist

  • Keyword: GUIDE
  • Variants to add, for example: GUIDEE (doubled letter), GUDE (missing letter), GUIDES (plural)
  • Caption: Comment GUIDE and I'll send you the checklist.

That is four trigger entries out of the 20 a trigger can hold. The variants are suggestions, so test the ones that matter to you.

How the planner works

Type the word you plan to ask people to comment, such as LINK, PRICE or GUIDE. The planner flags words that are too common (they would match comments you did not intend), too long to type on a phone, or too similar to an everyday word. It then builds a short list of likely variants: doubled letters, a missing letter and a plural.

Copy the variants into your trigger. A trigger in InboxLoop takes up to 20 keywords, each up to 50 characters, so you can cover the realistic ways people will write it without turning on "any comment".

Choosing a keyword that does not misfire

Pick one short word that people would not write by accident. "Link" is easy to type but also appears in ordinary sentences, so use a campaign word such as GUIDE or MENU when the post is not about links. Avoid single common words like "the" or "you", and avoid words that clash with another automation on the same post.

Always test the final setup from a second account. The variants here are suggestions, not a guarantee that every comment will match.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Choosing an everyday word like LINK for a post that is not about links. It will match unrelated comments.
  • Using a long word. A word that is hard to type on a phone gets misspelled.
  • Reusing one keyword on two posts that run different automations.
  • Adding every possible variant. A handful of realistic ones is enough.

Questions about this tool

How many keywords can one automation have?

A trigger in InboxLoop takes up to 20 keywords, each up to 50 characters.

Should I turn on any comment instead?

Only when a post has one clear purpose. Otherwise people who write a compliment will also receive your message.

Does the planner send anything?

No. It runs in your browser and nothing you type is saved or sent.

What is a good keyword length?

One short word, usually 3 to 8 letters, that people can type on a phone without thinking.

Can I use a word in Hindi or Hinglish?

Yes, if your followers write it that way. Write it the way they type it, and add the common spellings as variants.
