This Privacy Policy explains how InboxLoop handles information when you visit our website, create an account, connect an Instagram Professional account, or use the InboxLoop service. We use information only to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

InboxLoop is designed to help businesses, teams, and creators automate parts of their Instagram engagement system. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

We collect account information such as your email address, name, authentication details, and workspace membership information. When you connect an Instagram Professional account, we receive the account information and platform permissions necessary to provide the features you authorize.

We may also process automation configuration, contacts created through your automations, event history, and support or feedback messages you submit. We collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser information, and service logs to secure and operate InboxLoop.

We use information to authenticate you, provide workspace access, connect your Instagram account, run the automations you configure, maintain contacts and activity records, communicate about the service, and prevent misuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your Instagram password because InboxLoop connects through Meta authorization flows rather than password collection.

When you authorize an Instagram connection, InboxLoop uses Meta-provided access tokens and the permissions you approve to provide the related automation features. These credentials are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the browser.

You can disconnect an Instagram account from Account and Settings. Disconnecting stops InboxLoop from using that connection for future automation activity, subject to any limited retention required for security, legal obligations, and service records.

We share information only with service providers that help us run InboxLoop, such as hosting, infrastructure, error monitoring, email delivery, and payment providers. These providers may process information solely to perform services for us and under appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect the rights and safety of InboxLoop or others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account data using the Data Deletion page or by contacting support.

Deleting or disconnecting an account may not immediately remove information from backups, security logs, or records that we are required to keep. Those records are retained only for the necessary period.

You can update profile information in InboxLoop, disconnect a connected Instagram account, manage workspace access where permitted, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

We may update this policy as InboxLoop evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
