Understand Instagram link trackingKeep the tradeoffs in view
Inrō offers more than this comparison assesses, such as campaigns and a public API. InboxLoop is built around rule-based Instagram workflows, carousels and click visibility. AI-assisted replies and Facebook Page support are on InboxLoop's roadmap, not available today and with no release date. Inrō's Free plan is an ongoing capped offer; InboxLoop's Early Access is launch access that can change. Setup time was not benchmarked.
Moving from Inrō? Start with one workflow.
A deliberate, manual rebuild. No promised import of contacts, permissions, message history or analytics.
- List your current triggers, reply text, connected accounts, links and outstanding conversations.
- Authorize your Instagram Professional account through Meta and review the permissions you approve.
- Recreate one workflow on an isolated keyword or selected post. Preview its opening message, optional follow gate and destinations.
- Disable overlapping triggers in the previous tool before a consenting test. Confirm only the intended automation responds.
- Inspect execution statuses and tracked clicks. Expand gradually, or pause and restore the previous setup if the test does not meet your needs.
Account safeguards, without a blanket promise
Connection security, messaging eligibility and delivery reliability answer different questions. InboxLoop uses Meta authorization and server-side tokens; delivery controls coordinate API budgets and eligible retries. None of these guarantees a message will be delivered or an account will avoid restrictions.
No automation tool can guarantee protection from Instagram restrictions. Account activity, message content, permissions and platform rules still matter.
