What InboxLoop is
InboxLoop is Instagram conversation automation software for Professional accounts. When someone comments a keyword, replies to a Story, mentions you or sends a DM, InboxLoop can reply with the link, price list, guide or booking page they asked for, so you are not copying the same answer by hand all day.
It is available now in Early Access and is currently free to use, with unlimited automations. That is launch access, not a lifetime pricing promise, and Instagram's messaging rules and technical limits still apply.
How we think about automation
The person starts the conversation
Every InboxLoop automation responds to something the other person did first: a comment, a Story reply, a mention or a message. It is not a tool for cold outreach or mass unsolicited DMs.
Official authorization, never passwords
Instagram accounts connect through Meta's authorization flow. InboxLoop does not ask you to type your Instagram password into the product, and you can disconnect at any time.
Honest numbers
A click is not a sale and a sent message is not a delivered one. Our analytics, comparisons and guides keep those differences visible, and our comparisons cite official sources with review dates.
No promises we can't keep
No automation tool can guarantee protection from Instagram restrictions, and we don't claim to. We explain the safeguards we use and the limits no tool removes.

- Comment to DM
- Reply publicly to a keyword comment and send the requested information in a DM, with an optional follow check.
- Story Reply and Story Mention
- Respond when someone replies to a selected Story or mentions your account in theirs.
- DM Auto Reply
- Answer common questions when an incoming DM contains a keyword you chose.
- Email and phone collection
- Ask for an email address, and optionally a phone number, inside the conversation and save valid details with the contact.
- Product carousels
- Show up to 10 product cards with images, details and destination buttons inside a DM.
- Link tracking
- See total clicks, unique clickers, repeat clicks and click history for tracked buttons.

How your data is handled
Access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed through the browser. Disconnecting Instagram clears the stored token and attempts to unsubscribe the account's webhooks. Data deletion requests follow the documented process on our data-deletion page. This describes reviewed implementation, not an independent security audit or certification.

No. InboxLoop is an independent product and is not owned or endorsed by Meta. It connects to Instagram Professional accounts through Meta's authorization flow. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Is InboxLoop free?
InboxLoop is free during Early Access, with unlimited automations. This is not a lifetime pricing commitment, and messaging rules and technical limits still apply.
Which Instagram accounts can use InboxLoop?
Instagram Professional accounts, meaning Creator or Business accounts. Personal accounts are not supported by the Meta messaging integrations InboxLoop uses.
