An active contact is counted once in a billing cycle, not once per DM. Official pricing pages and older accounts can still reflect legacy contact-based plans; the reviewed help articles describe the newer model. Do not apply these prices to every existing account. InboxLoop's free launch does not establish a permanent cost advantage.
The comparison quotes the annual display explicitly. The ongoing free plan and paid-plan trial are different offers. InboxLoop's Early Access is also a different kind of free access, not a permanent price promise. Do not compare a yearly commitment with a monthly bill without accounting for that commitment.
