InboxLoop is built around Instagram response workflows, product carousels and click visibility. Its pricing lists unlimited DMs on one Instagram account, with one automation and three keywords. The limit is on automations and keywords, not messages. Meta's messaging rules apply to every tool.
Can both tools message in Hindi or Hinglish?
ViralDM lists support for nine Indian languages. In InboxLoop you write the messages yourself, so they can be in Hindi, Hinglish or any language your audience uses; InboxLoop does not translate them.
